PENANG

1. Penang Home Cooking School by Pearly Kee
A comprehensive cooking class by Pearly Kee, a Nyonya and author of a few cookbooks. The package includes pick up from hotel, wet market tour, garden tour and cooking class with individual work stations. Guest will also be served a complimentary seasonal fruit drink.

3. The Tropical Spice Garden Cooking School
“Tucked away in a secluded corner of the Tropical Spice Garden, the cooking school is surrounded by jungle trees and wildlife, a small herb garden and a glimpse of the Andaman Sea. Morning classes begin at 9am with a complimentary guided tour of the Spice Terraces . Once the tour is over, you will be taken to the cooking school where you will learn to prepare an array of delectable dishes from scratch.”

KUALA LUMPUR/ SELANGOR

1. Lazat
Cooking classes at Lazat is conducted in a traditional Malay House at Penchala Hills. They specialise in Malaysian food such as Otak-Otak, Chicken Curry and Roti Jala. The classes are held Monday to Saturday and presented in English by entertaining Malaysian instructors. Students individually prepare their 3-course lunch at their own cooking station, usually consisting of an appetizer, main course, side dish, and dessert.’

2. Sarang Cookery 
Sarang Cookery is a cafe-cum-cooking school located smacked in the middle of Bukit Bintang. It is run by ‘Christina whom also established Sarang Vacation Homes for almost 20 years. Christina is a great cook herself and is always hosting cook and dine sessions in her home for her guests and friends. It has also been a dream for Christina to have a cookery school one day and to share her cooking experience and knowledge on Malaysian cuisines.’

3. Masak-Masak at B.I.G

5. ABC Cooking Studio
